Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including evaluations, assessments, and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to promote recovery and prevent further injury
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Experience:
Licensed or Licensed Pending (if new grad) Physical Therapist
Experience working in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
Experience in or desire to work with pelvic health patients is preferred but not mandatory. Training is available for those interested.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team members
Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in physical therapy
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
